Where is your self collection located at?
Our warehouse is located at 203 Henderson Road, #04-05, Singapore 159546 and self collection is available via appointment only.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorised/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our local service courier provider – Roadbull, will do their best within all reasonable means to reach you before delivery.
Should no one to sign the package on behalf of you, an email will be sent to you to re-arrange delivery at no cost. Additonal costs will occure after two unsuccessful delivery attempts.
What is the delivery day / time?
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
How do I change my address or cancel my order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll do our best to modify your order.
If more than two hours have passed, chances are good that your order has been packed and shipping is in progress. In either case, please call us for further assistance as soon as possible.
My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?
Normally, you should receive your parcel within 1-3 business days.
In the event like this, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier service provider.
Shipping charges will be calculated after you have selected your items you would like to purchase and entered your delivery address; before check-out; charges are calculated by products weight and delivery location. All international orders will be shipped via DHL.
